My main has cleared through Meatball in the real Brawler's Guild and is currently on the janitor mission.
The encounters your followers have to beat (by obtaining the bonus) after this are Warhammer Council, Bill the Janitor, Shadowmancer Aameen, and finally Meatball. This qualifies you for the next step, but you will likely still have a duplicate Rude Letter mission to deal with before the next mission appears. Once you obtain it, complete the 5 brawls (you can even use challenge cards to repeat Oso 5 times) and turn in the quest inside the Brawler's Guild. You will have to repeat the mission for Rude Letter until you obtain it. However, if you haven't yet met the requirements, you'll repeat the mission you just finished.
